We encourage individuals, clubs and organizations to apply.  Funding will be disbursed in the form of Scholarships.  


Application Guidelines

a) Applications must meet the primary goal of the Fund.


b) Applicants must be residents of Lambton County.


c) For organizations, funding requests that cover regular operating or capital expenses won't be considered.


d) Multiple Scholarship applications for the same applicant will not be considered in the same year.


e) Successful applicants can reapply each year with new goals and for different types of scholarships. The Fund Advisory Committee will give priority to new applicants who show a commitment to community involvement and giving back to the tennis community.


*The deadline for submitting applications will be April 30th. Any applications received after the deadline will be considered for the following year's scholarships.

Types of Scholarships


Start Tennis Scholarship: To assist and enhance opportunities to learn and play tennis for those who are restricted by specific circumstances.


Play Tennis Scholarship: To assist and enhance training and competitive opportunities.


Guide Tennis Scholarship: To assist with tennis programs that have a primary focus on introducing and promoting tennis.


Instruct Tennis Scholarship: To assist tennis instructors in obtaining qualifications that are recognized by the tennis community. 


*The committee will review all applications after the deadline has passed. 

Fund Expectations

a) Undertake and complete the commitments that have been identified in the application.


b) Demonstrate how the funds could help/improve the applicant’s goals as described in the application.


c) Spend the funds as per the application in the time frame identified in the application.


d) Inform SCF should the funds not be used (in part or whole) or there are deviations from the intentions detailed in the application.

Application

All submissions will be delivered to the Love-All Fund Advisory Committee: info@love-all.ca


The Fund Advisory Committee (FAC) will make recommendations and pass them to the Sarnia Community Foundation (SCF) Board for final approval.


The selection process will be based on various criteria, including the applicant's answers on the application and their potential to impact the tennis community through their contributions. 


The Fund Advisory Committee will prioritize new applicants who demonstrate a commitment to community involvement and giving back to the tennis community.
