Start Tennis Scholarship : Lennox used his Love-All scholarship to purchase a tennis racket and take lessons, sparking a deep passion for the game. With his new skills and knowledge, he is now sharing his love for tennis by teaching his younger siblings how to play.
Play Tennis Scholarship :
Kiyara has been participating in OTA tennis tournaments since February 2023. She trains diligently, dedicating 4 hours per week to tennis. Kiyara's goal is to become a ranked player in the OTA.
Instruct Tennis Scholarship:
Louis' goal is to spark interest in tennis among people of Sarnia-Lambton. With a Canadian certification, he intends to enhance not only his own tennis skills but also to inspire others to take up the sport and to develop resources for becoming better players.
Guide Tennis Scholarship:
Monika's goal is to share her passion for tennis and contribute to its growth within the Sarnia-Lambton community. She aims to engage individuals, whether new or experienced, within the tennis community, offering her knowledge and expertise to players of all skill levels and ages. Her objective is to benefit the tennis community by attracting new players and fostering inclusivity across skill levels.
Play Tennis Scholarship : Matt utilized the funds for new equipment and Nationals travel. As captain of the Western Men's Tennis Team, he aims to inspire both young admirers and fellow students, echoing Justin's influence on his own dedication to the sport.
Guide Tennis Scholarship:
Anna recently relocated to Europe for university, where she maintains an active lifestyle through tennis. Her goal is to reignite her passion for the sport by offering lessons. With a passion for working with children and students, she aims to use the scholarship to stay motivated in tennis and introduce it to others.
Play Tennis Scholarship:
Sarah Barry is competing on the ITF tennis tour, having participated in tournaments in Antalya, Turkey, and now in Kuršumlija, Serbia. She has utilized the scholarship funds to support her tournament travel expenses and equipment. Aspiring to achieve a WTA ranking, Sarah aims to inspire others by showing that with determination and perseverance, you can achieve your dreams, even if your path may seem unconventional.

Many times Matt wanted to quit, but Justin always told him to trust the process.
Matt aims to train at tennis academies and play in elite-level tournaments (ITF, UTR, etc).
École Secondaire Saint François-Xavier team now consists 12 tennis player. We want to proactively introduce tennis in our physical education program to introduce students to tennis.
Justin wanted to grow the game and be around people who wanted to learn.
Anna started playing tennis at a young age, spending most of her summers on the tennis courts.
Justin was among her first coaches and influenced her greatly.
Justin's passing has prompted her to reflect on many aspects of her life. It reminded her of the sport she admired and how she could continue playing and enjoying it.
As a community, we are coming together to provide support. Tennis can provide an outlet and a platform for exercise, team building and companionship.
We aim to create tennis lessons/tennis programs where participants can play tennis together and meet with other Ukrainian children.
Why do you like tennis?
I like tennis because you get quite a bit of exercise, there are fun games to play and its simply just fun playing. It's a very competitive sport, and I enjoy it a lot.
What has tennis taught you?
Tennis has taught me that its not about winning - its about having fun.
What are your plans for 2022/2023?
I plan to play some USTA tournaments
There are approx. 200 students at our school. We aim to provide tennis lessons to students from grades 1-8.
The LOVE-ALL Fund has allowed us to purchase racquets and portable tennis nets, which will give the children tennis lessons for many years.

Sarah's goal is to become a professional tennis player, play ITF tournaments, and in the future play in WTA tournaments.
She is ranked 34 in Canada for professional national rankings. In Lambton County, she is currently the only full-time competitive tennis player. (2022)
Justin was one of her coaches. He was enthusiastic about tennis and wanted to see her succeed. He believed in her dreams and goals.
Every year, the Club provides several tournaments for their membership. Our goal is to support the growth of tennis tournaments and attract more participants.
Justin Bourassa was an active member of the Club. He competed and helped with the organization. He was a strong advocate for keeping things simple and having fun.
All applications will be reviewed by the Fund Advisory Committee (FAC). The FAC will make recommendations and pass them to the SCF Board for final approval.
Members of the FAC are those who are like-minded in terms of tennis and have a strong desire to support and grow youth tennis in Sarnia-Lambton. The Committee consists of eight members.
